Reports have shown that Samsung will launch the Galaxy Tab S12+ and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra on the 7th of October, 2026. Note that the new tablets are the brand’s only flagship mobile devices left for the year.
According to earlier reports, Samsung will likely launch these tablets between September and October. It’s in less than four weeks. Also, the launch date provided by Evan Blass on X is in line with the assumptions.
Furthermore, it’s expected that the Galaxy Tab S12+ will be available with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. They may feature MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 processor, with a cellular variant also being available for the 256GB model. In the US, the pricing is believed to start at $1,199.
Moreover, Samsung will utilize the same chipset for the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, which will be available with up to 1TB storage and 16GB of RAM. In the US, the pricing will begin from $1,399. Both tablets will likely feature the same design and other specifications.
Additionally, both tablets will run Android 17 and One UI 9.0 out of the box, with support for seven generations of Android OS upgrades. The new tablets will feature S Pen support with the stylus shipping inside the box, as well as an IP68 dust and water resistance rating, just like earlier models.
