After playing the game’s initial segment, Jen Glennon wrote in her preview: “Am I annoyed and a little embarrassed by my time with Beast of Reincarnation? Yes. Do I want to keep playing it? Also, emphatically, yes. There’s a robust learning curve, but I’m intrigued by the potential for customization and the story being set up here.”

Beast of Reincarnation officially releases on Tuesday, Aug. 4, but depending on where you live, you can start playing it on Monday, Aug. 3 at 8 p.m. EDT, based on the information on the game’s PlayStation Store page. Here’s how that looks in your time zone:

- 8 p.m. EDT on Monday, Aug. 3 for the east coast of North America
- 9 p.m. BRT on Monday, Aug. 3 for Brazil

Beast of Reincarnation pre-order bonuses

If you’re considering preparing ahead of time for Beast of Reincarnation release and pre-ordering the game, you will also guarantee a few rewards.
By buying the base version of the game before its official release, you will receive a Brown Shiba skin and 30,000 amber. You can equip Koo with the former to change Emma’s companion’s appearance, and you can use the latter to buy in-game items and upgrades.
On the other hand, the deluxe edition offers extra pre-order rewards. In addition to the Brown Shiba skin, it also gives you the Black Shiba skin for Koo, and the Big Dipper sword skin and the Oni’s Hat skin for Emma. It’s not mentioned if the deluxe edition offers the 30,000 amber as well.
