At IFA in Berlin, Acer expanded its ultraportable lineup with the Acer Swift Blade 14 (model SFB14-53CF), a lightweight Windows 11 Home laptop engineered specifically for mobile productivity and visual-driven workflows.

The device features an ultra-compact form factor, measuring just 12.9 mm thin (13.5 mm on OLED configurations) and weighing 799 grams. To achieve this lightweight profile without sacrificing structural rigidity, Acer built the chassis using a blend of carbon fiber on the outer covers (A and D) and a durable magnesium-aluminum alloy on the keyboard deck (C cover). It is offered in two color finishes: marshmallow blue and marshmallow white.

Under the hood, the Swift Blade 14 is powered by Intel’s latest architecture, scaling up to an Intel Core 7 processor 350 (with Core 5 and Core 3 options available) alongside integrated Intel Graphics. System memory is standardized at 12 GB onboard LPDDR5-6400 RAM, paired with fast internal storage of up to a 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe SSD.

Visuals are anchored by a 14-inch display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, ultra-narrow 4.3 mm bezels, and a 90% screen-to-body ratio. Buyers can choose from multiple panel tiers:

    • 3K OLED WQXGA+ (2880 x 1800) with a 90 Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, and 100% DCI-P3 color coverage
    • WUXGA OLED (1920 x 1200) with a 60 Hz refresh rate, 300 nits brightness, and 100% DCI-P3
    • WUXGA IPS LCD (1920 x 1200) at 300 nits and 45% NTSC gamut

Connectivity and peripheral support include three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports (two offering full-function capability and one dedicated to data transfer), a 3.5 mm combo audio jack, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3. The laptop also integrates a 50 Wh battery supporting fast charging, dual 2W speakers, a backlit keyboard, a precision touchpad, and a 2 MP FHD camera equipped with a physical chassis-side privacy switch.

The Acer Swift Blade 14 will launch across EMEA retail channels in December 2026.
