Round1 USA announced the second part of its One Piece crossover is live with new merchandise. This continues a promotion that started back in July 2026. New items with themed art of the anime and manga characters tied to purchases will be available, and there will be new figures and plush of One Piece characters in the crane games. However, it did note that the Sanji and Roronoa Zoro t-shirts for the event are not available yet and don’t have a release date for either one.

Some kinds of Round1 USA One Piece merchandise are tied to purchases. You can get Franky & Jinbe, Nami & Nico Robin, and Usopp & Brook keychains if you make game credit purchases. You need to make a minimum $55 purchase to get one, and you can get more with larger purchases. When the shirts are in-stock, you can pay an additional $40 when you purchase or reload game credits to get a Sanji or Zoro shirt and playmat. If you become or are a club member, there are three new kinds of club cards featuring Nami & Robin, Sanji & Zoro, or Usopp & Brook.  A Luffy bowling keychain comes with 120 minute or longer karaoke package purchases. There’s also a karaoke and party promotional item that nets you a Sanji blanket for an additional $45. The similar Zoro blanket is tied to Spo-cha and also costs an additional $45.

Other elements of the promotion are tied to food and drinks. If you get an item from the One Piece collaboration menu and spend $10, you get a random themed coaster. A Luffy bowling collector’s cup with free soda refills will be sold for $20. If you buy anything from the restaurant section, you can pay $30 more for a themed tote bag, and any purchase over $30 comes with a free sticker of Luffy & Tony Tony Chopper.

As for the One Piece crane game figures and plush heading to Round1 USA, these are tied to the main series and the Chopper spin-off. The four figures are of Luffy, with one featuring him drinking, two of him in Gear 5 form with the Round1 logo, and one of him about to attack in his Gear 5 form. 10 3.3 inch tall plush of Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky, Brook, and Jinbe will appear in machines. There will also be 3.9 inch, 9.4 inch, and 13.7 inch tall plush of Chopper.

This isn’t the only September 2026 One Piece event in the US. There’s also a Spongebob McDonald’s Happy Meal promotion on the way with crossover toys featuring the Nickelodeon characters as pirates.

You can find the One Piece anime on services like Crunchyroll and Netflix, the manga via Viz Media, the live-action adaptation on Netflix, and the upcoming Lego animated special on Netflix.
