IFA Berlin 2026 is where Roborock chose to make a statement and it’s not just about robot vacuums anymore. The company arrived at Hall 9 with a lineup that spans indoor floors, outdoor lawns, and now swimming pools, which is a signal that its ambitions extend well beyond where most home robotics brands are willing to go.
At Craving Tech, we’ve mostly reviewed their robot vacuum cleaners like the Qrevo Edge 2 Pro and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow, or the Steam-Powered Wet Vacuum’s F25 Ultra and Dry Vacuum’s H60 Hub Ultra. But looks like Roborock has just extended its series of products.
The Pool Cleaner That Wasn’t Expected
The most surprising debut is the RockAqua P1, Roborock’s first-ever pool cleaner. It’s a proper underwater robot capable of covering floors, walls, the waterline, and even shallow platforms as low as 15 cm deep. It packs a 6,800 GPH suction, a 4L debris basket with dual-filtration (180+70μm), and up to 3.5 hours of runtime before needing a 3.5-hour recharge. Roborock has fitted it with monocular camera obstacle avoidance, dynamic dirt detection, and something called Auto Waterline Parking that makes retrieval straightforward. The RockAqua P1 is scheduled for Australian launch in January 2027, with Australia and New Zealand being the first market globally to get it.
Would be cool to be able to compare it with the one we reviewed: Beatbot AquaSense Pro.
The Flagship Floor Robots
On the indoor side, Roborock’s Saros 20 Flow and Qrevo Edge 3 Pro sit at the top of the range. Both are powered by a 36,000 Pa HyperForce suction motor and ride on the AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, which gives them the ability to climb double-layer thresholds up to 8.8 cm high. The Saros 20 Flow uses a roller mop for floor cleaning and relies on Retract Sense LiDAR for precision mapping and 3D obstacle recognition. The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro takes a slimmer approach, squeezing under furniture as low as 7.95 cm. Both models have also earned ECARF’s “Allergy Friendly” certification, a useful credential if you’ve got allergy sufferers at home like myself, since ECARF tests against strict scientific standards for allergen removal.
I’ve definitely had a good experience with previous Roborock models (and am still using them at home right now) so it’s exciting to see these upcoming products from Roborock.
The Saros 20 Flow retails for AU$2,799 and will be available from late September or early October 2026. The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro also comes in at AU$2,799 and hits shelves from mid-to-late September 2026.
Wet Cleaning Gets More Capable
The F25 series covers deep floor cleaning with two new models. The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 uses high-temperature steam and hot-water cleaning to break down stubborn, dried-on stains, and automatically adjusts its power output depending on the floor surface. The F25 Pro Turbo Combo is a 5-in-1 machine that can shift between a wet-dry vacuum and a cordless vacuum for furniture and awkward corners. Worth noting for Australian shoppers: the Combo variant isn’t coming here. Instead, the F25 Pro Turbo, Roborock’s next-generation deep scrub wet cleaner, will be available in Australia from mid-September 2026 at AU$1,099. The F25 Ultra Steam Gen 2 lands in October 2026 at AU$1,599.
The Lawn Robot
Roborock’s outdoor range is growing too. The RockNeo Q2 LiDAR is a robotic mower that covers lawns up to 800 m² without needing cables or antennas. It uses Sentisphere LiDAR environmental perception and ReactiVision Fusion for obstacle avoidance, a floating cutting deck, and a built-in PreciEdge cutting module with 3 cm edge-cutting capability. Australian availability and pricing for the Q2 LiDAR are yet to be confirmed, though Roborock has also recently secured a retail deal with Bunnings for its RockMow Z1 LiDAR, RockMow Z150, and existing Q and S Series products from 1 September 2026.
We are currently reviewing a similar lawn robot, the TerraMow V600, so it will be interesting to see Roborock’s solution in comparison.
The Real Madrid Angle
Roborock also used IFA to lean into its partnership with Real Madrid, framing the tie-up as a meeting of two organisations that share an obsession with performance and continuous improvement. It’s a marketing move, obviously, but pairing the world’s top robot vacuum brand with one of football’s most decorated clubs at least makes the brand association coherent.
For Australians keen to see these products in person, Roborock is at IFA Berlin in Hall 9, Booth 111 through the show’s run. Full product details are also available at au.roborock.com.
