The Dyson CameraJet electric toothbrush (we’ve covered this already) is the headline product from Dyson Unveiled 2026, introducing a built-in camera that can identify gaps between teeth and direct a precise burst of mouth rinse towards them while you brush.
It is one of 13 new products and services presented by Chief Engineer Jake Dyson at the company’s Berlin event. The wider line-up spans oral care, robot vacuums, wet floor cleaners, air purifiers and hair styling, with artificial intelligence, vision systems and machine learning connecting many of the announcements.
“We’ve shifted from purely mechanical devices to intelligent machines that can see, think and respond,” Jake Dyson said. “We’re using artificial intelligence, vision systems and machine learning to allow the machines to understand the environment they are operating in.”
Three Dyson Nurovi robot vacuums
Floor care is another major focus, with the Dyson Nurovi family introducing three robots designed for different levels of cleaning.
The flagship Dyson R3 Nurovi Spot+Scrub UV is a wet-and-dry robot that combines ultraviolet light, AI vision and green illumination to detect nearly 200 types of household substances and objects. Dyson says the robot can identify stains that may otherwise be difficult to see, repeatedly cleaning and checking an area until the stain is gone.
Its wet roller receives fresh water through a 12-point hydration system and uses water heated to 70°C. The roller cleans itself during each rotation, rather than continuing to spread the same dirty water across the floor.
A full-width microfibre roller can extend by 40mm to reach room edges, while the vacuum motor delivers a claimed 30,000 Pa of suction. After cleaning, the robot returns to a cyclonic, bagless dock that empties the collected debris, cleans the machine and recharges it.
The Dyson R2 Nurovi Wash+Dry takes a different approach to mopping. Instead of circular pads, it uses Reuleaux triangle pads made from three curved arcs. The shape maintains a constant width while rotating, allowing its pointed sections to extend closer to walls and corners.
Water is heated to 75°C at the dock to help clean the pads and remove stubborn residue. Dyson’s Twin-capture system separates larger debris from fine dust, using a mechanical brush bar for bigger particles while concentrating suction on smaller material. A piezo sensor also measures dust levels and detects the floor type, adjusting the robot’s behaviour when Auto mode is selected.
For homes that only need vacuuming, the Dyson R1 Nurovi Dry uses the same Twin-capture system with 21,000 Pa of suction. Its redesigned side sweeper controls the pressure and direction of its bristles to guide debris towards the airflow, while extending closer to walls and reducing hair tangles.
Dyson’s 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum already approached edge cleaning differently from the usual spinning side brush, but the R2’s triangular mopping pads could address another persistent weakness of robot cleaners: reaching square corners properly.
Dyson has also updated its slim wet floor cleaner. The Dyson W1 PencilWash receives a more absorbent roller, a redesigned waste system and dock-based self-cleaning while retaining the lightweight, narrow body of the original model. It follows Dyson’s earlier dedicated wet floor cleaner, the Dyson WashG1.
HushJet expands into a complete air-treatment range
After launching the Dyson HushJet Purifier Compact in 2025 and the portable HushJet Mini Cool fan in April 2026, Dyson is bringing its HushJet airflow design to larger purifiers, heaters and cooling fans.
The range uses a forward-facing nozzle inspired by techniques used to manage airflow and noise in aircraft. Dyson says controlling turbulence at its source allows these machines to project air more effectively without producing as much unwanted noise.
The Dyson HushJet Big+Quiet Cool Pure+ Formaldehyde is the largest and most powerful model. It can project purified air up to 20 metres, with Dyson positioning it for larger areas and multi-room use. Its three-stage filtration system captures particles and gases while destroying formaldehyde. Dyson claims it captures 99.999 per cent of pollutants as small as 0.01 microns under controlled testing conditions, although actual performance will depend on the room and operating environment.
A smaller Dyson HushJet Cool Pure+ Formaldehyde offers personal cooling and up to three times the purification performance of its predecessors, according to Dyson. The Dyson HushJet Hot Cool Pure+ combines air purification with heating and personal cooling for year-round use.
Craving Tech previously reviewed the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool Formaldehyde, so the quieter forward-facing HushJet design could be a good update for people who run their purifier for long periods or leave it operating overnight.
New Corrale CoolShine straightener and Airsmooth hot brush
Dyson’s hair-care announcements include the Dyson Corrale CoolShine™ straightener, which builds on the flexing plates used by the original Dyson Corrale.
The new model adds a removable cooling attachment containing heat-extracting pipes with a controlled quantity of water inside. These pipes draw heat away from the hair as it is styled, leaving it cooler to the touch and reducing residual heat exposure.
Dyson claims the combination can cause up to 29 per cent less heat damage than using the straightener without the heat-extracting attachment. The company also claims up to 154 per cent more shine compared with untreated hair, along with styles lasting for up to 24 hours.
The Dyson Airsmooth is the company’s first dedicated hot air brush. It uses two types of bristles to dry, smooth and lift hair in one motion. Flexible looped Anti-snag bristles release strands more easily, while PivotFlex™ bristles can bend by up to 90 degrees and distribute the airflow to reduce frizz and hair disturbance.
The teardrop-shaped brush is designed to reach close to the roots and create tension through straight, wavy, curly and coily hair. Temperature is measured 100 times per second, while universal voltage allows the Airsmooth to adapt when used in different countries.
MyDyson adds expanded servicing and loan machines
The final part of the announcement is a broader customer-service programme called “Never Without Your Dyson”. It includes personalised product onboarding through Dyson Concierge, diagnostics and repairs at selected Dyson Stores and Service Centres, and a loan-machine programme when a repair cannot be completed immediately.
Dyson Total Restore will provide more extensive maintenance and a full assessment of the machine, while the MyDyson platform will bring product support, connected diagnostics and servicing information together.
In Australia, the Dyson CameraJet is listed at A$799 but was out of stock at the time of writing. The Dyson R1 Nurovi Dry is available for pre-order at A$949, while the Dyson R2 Nurovi Wash+Dry is priced at A$1,449.
