Google Pixel 10a only launched six months ago, and now you can get it for just £250.
Giffgaff has slashed that £519 price tag down to just £250, handing anyone who moves fast a huge £269 saving on a phone that still delivers flagship camera smarts, a beefy battery and years of software support straight out of the box.

You can see where some of that saving shows up the moment you switch it on, with the 6.3-inch pOLED display now noticeably brighter, reaching 3000 nits at its peak for HDR playback and staying easy to read in bright daylight or while streaming in bed each night.
The camera tells a similarly strong story, as our mobile editor, Lewis Painter, spent over a week testing the Google Pixel 10a as his main phone and was most impressed by a 48MP camera that delivers sharp, naturally coloured shots even in tricky, shifting light.
That same processing power carries into the phone’s AI toolkit, with Magic Editor and Best Take joining newer additions like Camera Coach to help even casual photographers get more out of every shot they take.

Powering all of that is the same Tensor G4 chipset found in last year’s model, which pairs with 8GB of RAM to handle everyday tasks and casual gaming smoothly, backed by seven years of guaranteed Android updates.
Lewis also praised the completely flat rear panel and the 5100mAh battery, noting the Google Pixel 10a comfortably lasted a full day of messaging, photos and evening plans with charge to spare. Faster 30W wired charging means a short top-up keeps it running well into the evening.
With full IP68 water resistance, a smooth 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass protection also included, the Google Pixel 10a at £250 stands out as one of the more complete mid-range phones anyone could buy this month.
Anyone weighing up a new phone this year would struggle to find better value than the Google Pixel 10a, now available at less than half its original £519 price tag while stock in either Obsidian or Lavender lasts.
It’s tough to get hyped for the Pixel 10a when it’s basically a twin of the now-cheaper Pixel 9a, offering only minor tweaks like a brighter screen and a flatter back. While it’s definitely not worth the upgrade for current 9a users, it’s still a solid mid-range pick that keeps Google in the game for now.
