The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Is Far Easier to Carry
The most important specification is not screen size. It is weight. Samsung’s phone weighs 201 grams, while the iPhone Duo weighs 254 grams. That 53-gram difference will matter every time you hold the phone above your face, type while standing, or carry it in a pocket.
The Fold 8 is also 4.5mm thick when open. Apple’s foldable measures 5.2mm open and 11.3mm closed.

Samsung provides a more concrete 4,800mAh capacity and claims up to 26 hours of video playback.
These numbers are not directly comparable because Apple and Samsung use different tests. Foldable battery life also depends heavily on which screen you use. Running two apps on the inner display consumes more power than answering messages from the cover screen.
