HoYoVerse kicked off the last Petit Planet Final Beta Test ahead of the Winter 2026 debut and confirmed that means new content like the Winter season and Season of Snowfall stories and Neighbor characters. It also teased new folks who can move in and requested quality of life additions like batch cooking and hair dying.
Winter is one of the biggest additions for Petit Planet, as it can result in snow and new materials. That happens after Luca Arbor level 9. The Season of Snowfall storyline and characters only happens after “Melody of the Conch.” Medowlyn and Rebella seem to be tied to that, as those Neighbors are featured on the screenshot shared for it. The newcomers Heyu, Manman, and Tika also appear in this beta.
As for the quality of life updates, they’re things players will encounter while playing. Someone, when they make a recipe, will be able to choose how many they make. The first teaser screenshot showed a person making five Aromatic Fruit Teas at once. Hair dying is possible with flowers, and flower crossbreeding is present for more options there. There are also new Vignettes in the Blueprints section that seem similar to the Genshin Impact Serenitea Pot Furnishing Sets option that lets you automatically set up something by collecting all parts associated with it.
