A leak has revealed the detailed specifications as well as high-resolution images and colour variants for Samsung’s next-generation high-end tablets, the Galaxy Tab S12+ and Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra. It’s expected that the announcement regarding the two devices will be on the 7th of October, 2026.

Furthermore, a report from WinFuture shows that the upcoming tablets are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and run One UI 9.0 (Android 17) out of the box. Also, they feature LPDDR5X RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, and a microSD card slot supporting up to 2TB.
For the Galaxy Tab S12+, it features a 12.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 2800 x 1752 pixels. The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra, on the other hand, comes with a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with a resolution of 2960 x 1848 pixels. The two models come with an IP68-rated S Pen stylus. They feature an aluminium unibody construction and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
There’s a slight difference in terms of audio and camera setups between the two. For the Galaxy Tab S12+, it has a dual-speaker stereo setup, while the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra brings a quad-speaker arrangement for spatial audio.
Coming to photography, both tablets sport a 12MP front-facing camera and a 13MP primary rear camera, with the Ultra model adding an 8MP ultrawide shooter. The two also support video recording of up to 4K at 60 fps.In memory and storage configurations, it’s expected that the Galaxy Tab S12+ will feature 12GB of RAM paired with 256GB or 512GB of storage. Then the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra will offer 12GB of RAM for the 256GB and 512GB variants, and 16GB of RAM for the 1TB top-tier model.

In Europe, Samsung intends to price the Galaxy Tab S12+ from €1,299 and the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra from €1,539. The base Tab S12+ weighs 555 grams, while the Ultra model is 693 grams.
Additionally, the two tablets will be available in Wi-Fi and Cellular variants at higher price points. They will be offered in Grey and Silver colours. Then again, both devices will receive Android OS upgrades and security patches for up to seven years.
