Publisher Neos has confirmed that two Shin-Chan games on Switch will receive Switch 2 ports on 4th March 2027.
The two titles in question – Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation – The Endless Seven-Day Journey and Shiro and the Coal Town – will also receive a proper physical release, with both bundled onto one Switch 2 cartridge.
The western launch will be handled by Clear River Games, and the physical version will come with a booklet and reversible cover. Pre-orders don’t seem to be available at the time of writing, but they should go live very shortly.
For those who already own the titles digitally via the Switch eShop, you’ll be able to upgrade to the new versions at a discounted price. Specific details have not been confirmed at this time, but hopefully Neos will be generous with its discount.
As for game features, Neos has confirmed that both titles will benefit from improved resolution, 60fps performance, mouse mode compatibility, and the ability to save anywhere. Sounds decent then! Both games received scores of 8/10 from us, so they’re well worth checking out if you haven’t already.
