In Beast of Reincarnation, players have the opportunity to seek out Dragon Vein Shrines, locations that offer upgrades to the player’s health kits. Every time you find 10 Dragon Vein Shrines, you will be rewarded an additional Stimpack for healing.
There are a total of 40 Dragon Vein Shrines in Beast of Reincarnation. In other words, finding all 40 shrines will reward you with a total of four additional Stimpacks. These shrines are scattered throughout all regions of the game.

Ancient Civilization Zone
The Ancient Civilization Zone is the first area where Dragon Vein Shrines begin to appear. There are three Dragon Vein Shrines located in this region, as shown in the image attached.

The first shrine is located on the main path of Ancient Civilization Zone. It acts as the tutorial for Dragon Vein Shrines and is almost impossible to miss.

When the map splits in two, with the option to go east or north, go east to find this Dragon Vein Shrine.

Push farther east to find the Ruins Slope: Appproach campsite. From here, continue across the field until you find an area that allows you to grapple upward. You will find the third Dragon Vein Shrine near an elite bird and a couple of archers.
The Great Wall Terraces
The Great Wall Terraces Zone of Beast of Reincarnation has a ton of Dragon Vein Shrines to find. There are a total of 8 Dragon Vein Shrines in this region, and luckily, none of them are very well-hidden.

Near the start of the level, you will encounter a split in the main path, with the right path leading to a river and the left leading up a hill. Take the path on the right and continue across the river to find the Dragon Vein Shrine.

From the Mountain Village: Entrance camp site, head west to find abandoned houses. Behind this area, you will find the Dragon Vein Shrine.

After defeating the boss for the first time in this zone, make your way to the west side of the boss arena and make your way upward to find the next Dragon Vein Shrine.

From the Great Forest: Entrance campsite, continue forward until you reach a giant ball-like enemy. Next, take the path west to find the Dragon Vein Shrine surrounded by a group of enemies.

This Dragon Vein Shrine can be found to the east of the Flower Square: Forefront campsite.

From the Flower Square: Forefront campsite, make your way west to find a collapsed bridge that allows you to grapple hook to the top. Continue across the bridge to reach an area called Ruined Road Square and another campsite. Right next to the campsite of Ruined Road Square, you will find a grapple hook spot that leads to the Dragon Vein Shrine.

From the Flower Square: Forefront campsite, head north and make your way to the river that runs in the middle of the map. A Dragon Vein Shrine can be found on a rock in the middle of the river.

The final Dragon Vein Shrine of this zone can be found in the northwest area. It’s located near the Ruined Temple Entrance campsite.

Pilgrim’s Zone

After fighting the Pilgrim’s Zone opening boss, look to the east to find a grapple hook spot. Use the grapple hooks to reach a highway and keep grappling until you reach the Dragon Vein Shrine.

From the Cave Entrance campsite, continue on the main path and Koo will mark this Dragon Vein Shrine for you.

When exploring the cave, you will find a crawlspace that allows you to crawl through it. On the other side of this crawlspace, is an explosive barrel that blows up a hole in the wall and leads to the Dragon Vein Shrine.

This Dragon Vein Shrine can be found in the Stone Chamber. It’s located behind one of the large cylinder structures within the Stone Chamber.

From the Trail Area camp site, keep on the main path to find the Dragon Vein Shrine under a tent.

Inside the Belfry, where you need to solve the torch puzzle, you will find a generator nearby that allows you to interact with it. Interacting with it will open a nearby door that leads to the Dragon Vein Shrine.

From the Nushi’s Lair Entrance camp site, use the nearby elevator to go upward. Next, head east to a broken-down road and use your hair to reach the other side where the Dragon Vein Shrine is located.
Matsukawa Zone
The Matsukawa Zone in Beast of Reincarnation contains the highest amount of Dragon Vein Shrines. There are a total of 9 Dragon Vein Shrines that can be found in this zone, and most of them are found inside the cube section on the western side of the map.

Progress through the introductory cave in this zone, until you reach the outside. You will eventually come across a group of enemies near a Dragon Vein Shrine on the main path.

Near the previous Dragon Vein Shrine, you will find a grapple hook spot that allows you to reach the higher level. After reaching the top, Koo will highlight another Dragon Vein Shrine nearby.

You will eventually encounter some broken-down buildings. The Dragon Vein Shrine can be found inside one of the broken-down buildings.

On the main path of this zone, you will eventually reach the inside of the giant cube that is shown on the game’s map. You will eventually find the Upper Matsukawa Colony (Front) camp site. From here, go west to find a grapple hook that allows you to reach a Keeper Golem. The Dragon Vein Shrine can be found below the platform of the Keeper Golem.

Now we are reaching the point of the game where the regions don’t hold too many Dragon Vein Shrines. The Fuji Frontier Zone has a total of 5 Dragon Vein Shrines, and they are all on the linear path, requiring barely any exploration.

After completing the short platforming section of pipes and sky platforms, you will reach the ground again. The Dragon Vein Shrine is found nearby. Koo will spot this one for you.

A Dragon Vein Shrine can be found in the section where Ballista Archers are shooting at you. When you encounter these enemies, make your way up to the highest level to find the Dragon Vein Shrine.

Giant Tree Zone
The Giant Tree Zone only has four Dragon Vein Shrines. This area can be a bit tricky due to it being consumed by water, so make sure to travel between platforms by extending Emma’s hair to reach some of these shrines.

Crater Zone
Even though the Crater zone is one of the largest regions in Beast of Reincarnation, there is surprisingly only one Dragon Vein Shrine located here. The one and only Dragon Vein Shrine can be found far north, as shown in the image attached.

Continue toward the main waypoint of the zone, until you reach the fortress. The only shrine in this zone can be found nearby after interacting with a control panel.
Starfall Tower
The Starfall Tower region only has one Dragon Vein Shrine. It is found in the north-west section of the map, located near a Wandering Merchant. If you have trouble finding this one, just go to the general area that’s marked by the red arrow in the image attached and Koo will sense its location.

This Dragon Vein Shrine is found near the end of the zone. It’s on the main path and is almost impossible to miss due to Koo marking it for you.
The Capital
The last two Dragon Vein Shrines in Beast of Reincarnation can be found in the very last region of the game, The Capital. These two Dragon Vein Shrines are very easy to find considering they are on the main path and the entire level has minimal exploration elements.

All Dragon Vein Shrines Rewards
As you activate the Dragon Vein Shrines in Beast of Reincarnation, you will be rewarded for doing so. The best part about activating these shrines is that they give you more access to healing items.
Every 10 Dragon Vein Shrines you activate, you will earn an additional Stimpack. In other words, finding all 40 Shrines will earn you a total of 4 Stimpacks. However, the game allows you to find 50 Shrines in order to get one more Stimpack. To do this, players must reactivate 10 Dragon Vein Shrines in New Game Plus mode.
Additionally, finding all Dragon Vein Shrines in the game will reward players with the Soul Returned trophy.
