    An RTX 5060 gaming PC for only $1,100? Prime Day just delivered

    Gaming PC prices are rough right now, which makes practically any prebuilt in the neighborhood of $1,000 worth a second look. Amazon has the CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme for $1,100 for Prime Day (down from $1,300). That’s a $200 discount and the lowest price we’ve seen on this configuration since June 2025—those are pre-AI data center price surges and tariff numbers right there.

    And for the money, you’re getting some pretty capable hardware. This Gamer Xtreme packs an Intel Core i5-14400F and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 with 8GB of VRAM, a combo that’s right at home with 1080p gaming. Modern AAA games should run at smooth frame rates and since it’s an Nvidia card DLSS can give it a lift on supported titles.

    You also get 16GB of DDR5 RAM and a 1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD.The 1TB SSD is particularly nice here as it’s double the amount some comparably priced systems provide and it gives you enough room for a decent-sized game library too.

    If you’ve been holding your breath for gaming PC prices to come back down to earth, you might need to keep holding it, but in the meantime this is as good as it gets in this economy.
