Sleep tracking and health insights are a lot easier to stick with when they don’t involve a screen on your wrist. The Oura Ring 4 is built for that kind of day-and-night tracking, and there’s a solid deal on Amazon right now for anyone who wants a more compact wearable.
Amazon has the Oura Ring 4 Smart Ring in Ceramic Midnight for $279. That’s down from the $399 recommended retail price, which is a 30% discount, and it saves you $120. This deal also matches the all-time low. It’s also backed by a 4.5-star Amazon rating.
The Oura Ring 4 focuses on the health data many people care about most, including sleep, recovery, activity, heart-rate-related insights, temperature trends, and stress tracking. It uses Oura’s Smart Sensing system, which adapts to your finger for continuous tracking through the day and night. Since it’s a ring, not a watch, it keeps things screen-free while still collecting that data in the background.
This version is part of the premium Oura Ring 4 lineup and comes in a Ceramic Midnight finish. Oura says the ceramic model uses high-performance zirconia ceramic for scratch resistance and shine. It’s also designed to be more comfortable than earlier versions thanks to recessed interior sensors and a smoother inner fit. Battery life is listed at about 5 to 8 days depending on ring size and usage.
This specific listing is also sold with the Oura Ring 4 sizing kit, so buyers can confirm fit before committing to a size.
