There have been leaks of Galaxy S27 series and its specs scheduled for 2027 launch. A new leak has surfaced, showing the storage and memory specifications for all phones in the Galaxy S27 series.
Leaker Lanzuk, while writing on the Korean blog Naver, shared memory and storage configurations, claimed to have been obtained from Weibo and Korean industry sources. Therefore, the configurations for each phone in the Galaxy S27 series are shown below:
Galaxy S27 Ultra: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, 16GB RAM + 1TB storage
Galaxy S27 Pro: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage12GB RAM + 1TB storage
Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage
The leaker adds that the S27 Ultra and S27 Pro models will likely feature UFS 5.1 storage and LPDDR6 RAM. No doubt this will be noticeable as it’ll go from the UFS 4.0 and LPDDR5X standards used in the Galaxy S26 Ultra.
Leaks that came earlier suggested the Galaxy S27 Ultra will likely feature the Exynos 2700 in some regions and the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 in markets like the US. According to rumours, there’s the possibility that the S27 Pro and Ultra will be the first Samsung phones to use the company’s in-house M16 OLED panel, offering better brightness, colour performance, and power efficiency as well.
It’s expected that Samsung will upgrade the panels on the standard Galaxy S27 and S27 Plus from the M13 panel to the M14 panel used in the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The brand will offer 12GB of RAM on the base Galaxy S27, which will lead to price increase for the Galaxy S27 series.
It’s expected that the devices will come with better OLED panels, including 12GB of RAM in the base models, and use new Snapdragon chipsets.
