At IFA 2026 in Berlin, I stopped by the Epomaker booth to check out four of the company’s latest keyboards. The lineup shows how far mechanical keyboards have moved beyond switches and RGB, with Epomaker experimenting with TMR magnetic sensing, modular layouts, integrated displays, and retro-inspired designs.

Top: Epomaker Glyph, Left: Epomaker HE75 V2 TMR, Right: Epomaker RT98

The Epomaker TH108 Pro, released in early 2026, is the most conventional of the four, but still packs tons of features. The full-size keyboard combines a numpad with a TFT display and multifunction rotary knob, plus hot-swappable switches, a gasket-mounted structure, RGB lighting, and Bluetooth, 2.4GHz wireless, and wired connectivity. A massive 10,000mAh battery helps power the TFT display and extensive RGB lighting.

Released in April, the Epomaker RT98 gets more experimental with a detachable numeric keypad that can sit on either side of the keyboard. I also liked its small magnetic display, styled like a vintage television, which can show system information or custom GIFs. An 8,000mAh battery, VIA support, and tri-mode connectivity round out this $119 keyboard.

I also saw the highly anticipated HE75 V2 TMR, a Rapid Trigger keyboard designed for gamers with 0.01mm actuation adjustment and 8,000Hz polling. The core innovation is Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) sensing, which delivers magnetic-switch precision with much lower power consumption, making responsive wireless gaming more practical. It also supports both magnetic and standard mechanical switches, an unusual level of flexibility. This gaming powerhouse costs $129.

The Glyph is my personal favorite. I love its retro typewriter-inspired design, with round PBT keycaps, dual displays, a rotary knob, and even a side lever that works as Enter and Backspace. Launched in March 2026, it also features a recessed slot for a phone or small tablet, cleverly echoing an old typewriter’s paper holder while adapting the idea for a modern desktop. The Glyph is available for $139.

Beyond keyboards, Epomaker also showcased its expanding mouse lineup, including the lightweight carbon-fiber Carbon X, alongside the GX1, its first gaming headset, featuring an open-back design for a wider, more natural soundstage.
