A lot of Switch games have been getting Switch 2 Editions recently, and the latest one is for the roguelike role-playing title, Darkest Dungeon 2.
It’s priced at $42.98 / £36.24, or if you own the existing version on Switch, you can get the upgrade pack for just $2.99 / £2.24 (or your regional equivalent). The Switch version of the title is also currently on sale in select locations.

The Switch 2 Edition (and upgrade) comes with improved frame rates, Joy-Con 2 mouse support and “combat and driving speed settings”. Here’s a bit more about what to expect in terms of resolution and performance via the official store page listing:

Darkest Dungeon II originally arrived on the Switch in 2024. We gave it 8 out of 10 stars and said it was an easy recommendation for roguelike fans.
